Sports camps are immensely popular today. Every summer millions of teens attend soccer, basketball, and baseball camps to develop athletic skills and improve their physical conditioning. Worldview 101 takes a similar approach to training the young Christian mind.

WHERE, WHO & HOW MUCH

  • Location: We come to your church, school, or off-site location.
  • Who: Two Worldview 101 instructors (and a camp facilitator at four-day camp)
  • Cost: $89 per person for a four-day camp (based on 100 attendees); $49 per person for a weekend camp (based on 100 attendees); $35 per person for Saturday BLAST (flat fee; 40 attendees minimum)

TOPICS

The Worldview 101 curriculum covers these four subject areas:

  • Christian Worldview – what a worldview is; overview of major worldviews; facts, values, and presuppositions; how worldviews drive conduct
  • Basic Christian Doctrine – creedal Christian beliefs; the nature of God; the divinity of Christ; the resurrection of Jesus; the authority and reliability of Scripture
  • Faith and Culture – what faith is; what culture is; the cultural mandate; the apologetic mandate
  • Christian Ethics – relativism vs. absolutism; basic Christian moral values; the sanctity of life

Worldview 101 camps have a strong overarching theme of Christian apologetics. Instructors explain the Christian worldview, emphasize the good reasons supporting it, and show how to answer common objections. But an emphasis is also placed on the importance of living a compelling Christian life.
